THREE FORMIDABLE YEARS!
To celebrate our 3rd Anniversary we are introducing a new an improved Formidable Magazine!
We felt the need to balance our strong life style focus with that on the arts in general and photography in particular.
In order to achieve this goal we merged some categories and created new ones.
We merged Shelter, Sound & Film and Gents into Élan.
Élan vital was coined by French philosopher Henri Bergson in 1907. It was translated as “vital impetus”, the intuitive perception of experience and the flow of inner time.
Our category Shakers was born to showcase new up and coming artists. We felt that emerging artist deserve maximum exposure thus we merged this category into Collection.
Lastly photography has always been the base of our publication, we only could honor this art discipline creating a Photography category on its own.
